Eine ebene Fläche ist von Vorteil, ist bei einigen Modellen wie dem Schwenkgrill aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlle brennbaren Materialien, insbesondere Grillanzünder, sollten in sicherer Entfernung aufbewahrt werden. Während dem Zubereiten des Grillguts sollte der Grill ständig unter Beobachtung stehen. Den klassischen Holzkohlegrill gibt es in verschiedenen Ausprägungen und Gewichts- sowie Preisklassen. Es gibt sogar günstige Einweg-Grills, die im Prinzip nur für einmaliges Grillen geeignet sind, dafür aber schon alles dabei haben, was dafür nötig ist, sowie nur ein extrem kleines Pack-Volumen haben. Dann gibt es noch Kugelgrills, deren Name von der Bauform stammt. Vorteil hierbei ist, dass sie sich meist per Deckel verschließen lassen und damit auch eine höhere Hitze bieten können.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eJedoch ist vielen Modellen gemein, dass sie nicht oder nur eingeschränkt für Touren geeignet sind. Meist wird also Wert auf Modelle aus der Kategorie der Camping-Grills gelegt werden. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist dann bloß noch, dass man Holzkohle natürlich mit-tragen muss, außer man stellt sie selbst her, wenn sie wirklich benötigt wird. Nur am Rande sollen noch Säulen-, Gas- sowie Elektro-Grills erwähnt werden, die neben vielen Vorteilen leider auch einen massiven Nachteil besitzen: Man muss entweder eine schwere Gas-Quelle (meistens eine Gas-Flasche) mitschleppen, was natürlich für Camping und Outdoor im Prinzip nicht diskutabel ist. Dafür hätten diese meist schon ein Thermometer in der Klappe integriert, was auch praktisch ist. Oder man muss im Fall von Elektro-Grills eine Strom-Quelle parat haben, was gerade im Outdoor-Bereich freilich ebenfalls recht schwer möglich sein wird. Beim Säulengrill steht dem Unterwegs-Grillvergnügen leider vor allem eine größere Bauform entgegen.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"col--xs-12 col--sm-12 p-ms-left--sm\"\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWie reinigt man den Grill bzw. Rost am besten?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHierfür gibt es verschiedene Methoden mit jeweils unterschiedlichen Vor- und Nachteilen. Es gilt die Devise, am besten einmal alle durchzuprobieren und die für einen selbst am geeignetste Methode in Zukunft wieder anzuwenden. Als Trick können wir empfehlen, dass die groben Verunreinigungen\/Verkrustungen mit schwarz eingebrannten Essens-Resten zweistufig behandelt werden sollten. Hierfür lohnt es sich, immer ein paar alte Semmeln oder Brezen zur Hand zu haben. Mit diesem harten, dennoch nicht kratzenden und v.a. biologisch vollständig wieder abbaubaren Material lässt sich die gröbste \"Dreck\" an schonendsten entfernen. Danach kann mit einem extra hierfür abgelegten Schwamm der Rest des Rostes abgewaschen werden.
