The product presentation of ASMC, in particular in brochures, catalogs, advertisements and on the Internet, does not constitute a binding offer by ASMC.

1. We inform the buyer about our products on our website. Our offers are subject to change and non-binding, unless they have been expressly designated as binding.
2. Your order to us constitutes an offer to conclude a purchase contract.
   After you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. This confirms receipt of your order and contains details of your order. The order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer. It merely informs you that we have received your order. The contract is only concluded upon confirmation of delivery or upon delivery of the goods.
   You can check and directly correct input errors before the final submission of the offer (step 3 in the order process: placing the order) by checking the summarized order overview or by pressing the "Back" button of your browser on the previous page.
   We will then prepare the goods for dispatch and you will receive an order confirmation/invoice by e-mail. With this declaration we accept your offer to conclude a contract, so that upon receipt of this e-mail an effective contract for the goods listed therein is concluded. If you collect the goods yourself, the contract is concluded when the goods are handed over. If you do not receive confirmation of delivery or delivery of the goods within two weeks, you are no longer bound by your order.
3. All agreements made between the buyer and us in connection with the purchase contracts are set out in writing in the order confirmation/invoice and these terms and conditions.
