Within the Federal Republic of Germany, your shipping costs are EUR 5.90 up to a package weight of 31 kg. If any subsequent 31 kg limit is exceeded, additional shipping costs amounting to the basic amount will be charged. Standard shipping within Germany from 99 EUR is FREE.

We deliver within 3 working days.
Please refer to the respective product page for any exceptions. There are no additional postage costs for partial deliveries. We will send subsequent deliveries free of charge.

• Orders received after 12.00 noon on Saturdays will be processed on Mondays and delivered on Tuesdays.

Delivery guarantee

• Claims for damages that go beyond the reimbursement of DHL Express shipping costs are excluded.
• This does not apply if a parcel cannot be delivered due to the customer's absence.
• The delivery guarantee does not apply if circumstances or events occur due to force majeure, strike or any other reason beyond the control of ASMC.
• ASMC reserves the right to change or discontinue the delivery guarantee for the DHL Express service itself at any time.
