This mounting rail from ASG is used to raise existing 21 mm Picatinny rails and was originally developed for M4 / AR15 weapon models. It raises the rail by 25 mm and thus enables more comfortable aiming at targets using a wide variety of optics. In addition, permanently installed emergency sights can still be used through the built-in sight tunnel, which does not affect any functionality. To attach the mounting rail, it is screwed onto the weapon rail with two large screws.
