Katadyn - Water Filter Explorer Pro Upgrade Kit

The Katadyn Upgrade Kit Explorer Pro transforms your Katadyn Explorer water filter into a complete Explorer Pro system. The additional virus filtration stage including housing enhances your existing water purification setup and delivers significantly increased safety when traveling in areas with a higher risk of viruses or uncertain water sources. This creates a modular three-stage system combining ceramic filtration, activated carbon, and virus protection. Especially on expeditions, remote trips, extended treks, or for emergency preparedness, you benefit from a flexible solution that adapts to water quality, application, and planning. The virus filtration stage can be added or removed as needed without replacing the entire filtration system. This upgrade kit is ideal for preparing your existing Explorer for more demanding conditions.
