The LT373 multi-pouch is more than just a classic utility pouch – it’s designed to work perfectly as a medic pouch. Made from rugged Cordura®, it’s hard-wearing and ready for use in the toughest conditions.
Thanks to the hook-and-loop fastening, the pouch can be integrated directly into plate carriers or chest rigs. The modular design with separate hook-and-loop mount and side-release buckle allows for quick removal of the pouch without undoing the mount – ideal for medical emergencies or passing it on within the team.
Inside, loop fields provide flexible organization via panel (e.g. MX374, MX375, LT522). The circumferential reverse zipper protects against dirt and allows the bag to be opened completely so you can immediately see and use your gear. A pull tab at the top ensures lightning-fast access.
A particularly clever feature: on the underside there are 6 loops and a shock cord, allowing you to securely fasten and compress a tourniquet, for example.
