The elastic side panels together with the hook-and-loop closure ensure a secure fit for the tourniquet, while also allowing quick one-handed access at all times.
The pouch offers flexible attachment options and can be mounted classically using 20 mm PALS straps, back-to-back loops, or with paracord on your gear.
