The Petromax Dutch Oven ft9 without feet is also known as the Dutch Oven. Whether at home or outdoors, the cast-iron pot with pre-treated surface (seasoned finish) is ideal for cooking and baking. The pre-treatment means you don't have to burn it in for the first time, so you can use the Dutch oven straight away. It can be used on an open fire or with charcoal. The lid with raised rim allows you to heat the pot from all sides, as charcoal or embers can be placed on top. The lid can be used as a pan if required, which extends the range of uses even further. Another ingenious feature is the thermometer feed-through for checking the internal temperature without having to lift the lid.
