The Petromax sandwich iron is perfect for preparing toasted sandwiches or filled pastry pockets over an open fire. The cast-iron sandwich maker is placed in the embers or on the grill and makes the bread crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It is ideal for toast slices measuring 11 x 11 cm, but other dough products, whether sweet or savory, can also be toasted or gently baked using residual heat.
Cleaning the sandwich iron treated with seasoned finish is easy thanks to the natural non-stick effect. Separate the cast halves at the hinge and then clean.
