Whether you’re working indoors or outdoors, the Type-N is designed for use across all industries. Its lightweight, wraparound polycarbonate frame provides maximum protection, while the beveled lens edges offer additional coverage for the upper eye area. The rimless lens design delivers a wide field of view and unobstructed vision so you can fully focus on your work. The lenses are also equipped with an anti-scratch coating.
The softly molded TPR temple pads and nose bridge ensure a secure, comfortable, non-slip fit. Thanks to the advanced anti-fog coating, fogged lenses are a thing of the past: fogging clears six times faster than with conventional coatings. In addition, the glasses protect you from harmful radiation with 99% UV protection.
The Mechanix Wear Tactical Type-N clear safety glasses are ANSI Z87+ certified and therefore meet the highest safety standards regarding optical quality, light transmission, permissible refractive powers, and clarity of transparent lenses. As required, they have no sharp edges or defects that could endanger the wearer and provide an adequate field of view. They also offer excellent lateral protection, are resistant to flammability and corrosion, and protect you against optical radiation and UV.
