The Zentauron modular Velcro adapter for hip bags has a Velcro surface on the front. The back is made of hook and loop fasteners. The Velcro adapter was developed for the modular hip bag. You can attach it to the loops on the back of the modular hip bag using the clip-on buckles. You can then attach the bag to the Velcro fastener on the front of your plate carrier.
