Our deliveries are always made in accordance with the statutory provisions of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Please note that you must provide us with proof of age, e.g. copy of identity card, passport, driver's license or other official document, when ordering free weapons and the corresponding ammunition, as these items are subject to the Weapons Act and "delivery is only permitted to persons over the age of 18".
Soft air weapons are copies of real weapons and fire plastic bullets in 6 mm BB caliber.
In Germany, the following regulations apply to soft air weapons according to the manufacturers:
Category 1: no age restriction - softairs with an energy of max. 0.08 joules with "CE" marking.
Category 2: free from the age of 14 - soft air guns with an energy of max. 0.5 joules
Category 3: free from the age of 18 - softair with an energy of max. 7.5 joules.
These are subject to the Weapons Act and bear the marking "F" in the pentagon.
We offer a large selection of soft air guns, accessories and ammunition at reasonable prices, but only sell category 2 and 3 soft air guns to persons over the age of 18.
Please note that any aiming aids or flashlights shown on the packaging are not included in the scope of delivery. The attachment of such aiming aids is prohibited in Germany.
Even the preparation and possession of such devices can lead to legal consequences.
The purchase and possession of gas and signal weapons that comply with the approved design in accordance with Section 8 of the German Firearms Act and bear a PTB approval mark is still permitted from the age of 18.
According to § 10 para. 4 sentence in conjunction with. Annex 2 Section 2 Subsection 3 No. 2 and 2.1 WaffG-new, the carrying of gas and signal weapons outside of one's own home and pacified property is only permitted with a small firearms license.
The small firearms license is issued upon application by the locally competent firearms authority if the applicant is reliable and personally suitable.
Anyone who only wants to use gas and signal weapons in their own home, business premises or their own pacified property does not require a permit.
A permit is also not required for anyone who transports the weapon from one place to another without it being ready to fire or ready for use.
Permission is required for all shooting outside of shooting ranges. Shooting outside of shooting ranges is only permitted without a shooting permit (Section 12 (4) WaffG).
with firearms whose projectiles are granted a kinetic energy of no more than 7.5 joules or whose design is approved in accordance with Section 7 of the Procurement Act, provided the projectiles cannot leave the property.

Acquisition and possession of compressed air weapons, spring-loaded weapons and CO2 weapons
The acquisition and possession of compressed air weapons, spring-loaded weapons and CO2 weapons over 7.5 joules is subject to authorization (WBK) (see § 2 Para. 2 WaffG).
The purchase and possession of compressed air weapons, spring-loaded weapons and CO2 weapons under 7.5 joules, which are marked with an F mark, is possible without a permit from the age of 18 (Annex § 2 Para. 1 and 2 in conjunction with Annex 2, Section 2 No. 1.1. Annex 2, Section 2, Subsection 2 No. 1.1).
The same applies to the acquisition and possession of compressed air weapons, spring-loaded weapons and CO2 weapons which were manufactured before January 1, 1970 or in the territory referred to in Article 3 of the Unification Treaty before April 2, 1991 and which were placed on the market in accordance with the provisions in force at that time (Annex § 2 Para. 1 and 2 in conjunction with Annex 2, Section 2, Subsection 2 No. 1.1). Annex 2, Section 2, Subsection 2 No. 1.2).
Carrying compressed air weapons, spring-loaded weapons and CO2 weapons
The carrying of compressed air weapons, spring-loaded weapons and CO2 weapons (regardless of energy/joule rating) is subject to authorization. Only those who exercise actual control over the weapon outside their own home, business premises or their own pacified property may carry a weapon. According to § 12 Para. 3 No. 2 WaffG, a permit to carry is not required if the weapon is not transported from one place to another ready to fire and not ready to be accessed, provided that the weapon is transported for a purpose covered by the respective need or in connection with it (e.g. transportation to the gunsmith or to the shooting range).
Shooting with compressed air weapons, spring-loaded weapons and CO2 weapons
All shooting outside of shooting ranges is subject to authorization (§ 12 para. 4 sentence 1 WaffG).
Exceptions in accordance with § 12 Para. 4 No. 1 WaffG: Shooting outside of shooting ranges without a shooting permit is permitted by the holder of the domestic authority or with their consent on pacified property with firearms whose projectiles are granted a kinetic energy of no more than 7.5 joules (J), provided the projectiles cannot leave the property.
The following items are subject to the ban on carrying (carrying in public):
Simulated weapons (replicas of firearms with the appearance of real firearms, i.e. also soft air weapons)
Cutting and thrusting weapons (combat knives, one-handed knives, fixed knives with a blade length of more than 12 cm, telescopic batons)
for use in photo, film or television recordings or theater performances
for transportation in a sealed container
for carrying the objects referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2, provided there is a legitimate interest (examples: Preservation of customs, professional practice, sports such as hunting, fishing, etc. or generally recognized purpose)
