Couscous with chili-spiced vegetables is a tasty and nutritious vegetarian freeze-dried meal with a high vegetable content. The meal contains no flavor enhancers, offering only a slight difference in taste compared to cooked foods. To minimize alteration of the flavor, Bla Band uses fresh ingredients, all of which are freeze-dried separately.

Preparation:
Tear off the tip and open the base. Add 400 ml of boiling water (setting H). Stir. Close again. Wait 10 minutes. Add more water if desired. Can be prepared with cold water; in that case, extend the time to over 30 minutes.
