The Norwegian company Brynje has been producing thermoactive mesh underwear for outdoor activities for over 50 years and combines the advantages of synthetic material (Meraklon) with proven mesh fabric.
Applying the emergency bandage is simple and intuitive. It is wrapped like a normal bandage and, thanks to the integrated hook-and-loop strips, it stays securely in place without slipping or unrolling. A closure clip ensures secure fixation so that the bandage stays firmly in place even under extreme conditions.
The breathability and thermal insulation of the mesh fabric are maintained even when phases of activity and rest alternate rapidly. The skin surface and underwear remain dry, so the body does not cool down and saves valuable energy, and body temperature stays stable.
This has been proven by tests under Arctic conditions with military special forces, international expeditions and top athletes.

The synthetic fiber Meraklon retains its insulating properties even when damp. It is easy-care, washable and quick-drying.
