The X-Range Spot beam provides a long, focused beam, while the Broad View Flood beam delivers an even, pivoting circle of light. The SLIDE FOCUS system offers a smooth transition between the X-Range Spot Beam and the Broad View Flood Beam.
The spot optic allows you to focus the intense beam of light on exactly what you want to illuminate. The flood optic, on the other hand, is a specially developed light optic that provides a perfect wide-angle circle with even light. With the three light levels (high, medium, low), you can easily control the brightness via the on/off switch at the end of the cap.
The Coast HP7XDL 240 lumen flashlight is weather- and dust-resistant according to IP54 and has been tested to the ANSI FL1 standard.
