Contents include, among others, couscous, chicken cream pasta, bell pepper stew, energy bar, bread slices with liver sausage spread, dessert, coffee, drinking chocolate, isotonic drink and orange tea. With the integrated heating system consisting of heating bag & three XXL heating elements, hot meals can be prepared without stove and flame – perfect for self-sufficient situations.
