The combat shirt is made from a combination of the standard-issue tropical shirt and a field blouse. The collar can be raised using hook-and-loop, and the sleeve cuffs are also adjustable with hook-and-loop straps. This provides additional ventilation during intense activity and a very high level of comfort. The hook-and-loop panel on the chest and the hook-and-loop-closable sleeve pocket are suitable for patches.
