The elbow pads are padded with EVA hard foam and adapt to the shape of the elbow. They are provided with a hard plastic shell on the outside. They ideally absorb shocks and falls and reduce the risk of injury to the arm or damage to clothing. The elbow pads are held in place with the help of two wide rubber bands, which are fastened with Velcro. This allows them to be adjusted well to the elbow and put on and taken off quickly.
