The Rhino Rescue Tourniquet is a tactical one-handed tourniquet system specially designed for use in critical extremity hemorrhages. It is used as a highly effective blood stopper to save the patient’s life in emergencies. When applied correctly, it can prevent exsanguination in severe injuries. This tourniquet is particularly compact and allows you to apply it quickly using just one hand.

The tourniquet is activated using a rotating windlass system, in which an inner strap blocks the flow of arterial blood in the limb. The U-shaped anchor clip secures the strap with a single movement and ensures that the blood stop holds reliably even under extreme conditions. For transport, the windlass can simply be secured with a hook-and-loop fastener, which also serves as a label field for documenting the time of application. This facilitates further treatment and ensures precise, traceable emergency care.
