The notepad with special all-weather writing paper (acrylic-coated) allows you to take notes outdoors in wind and weather that remain permanently legible and do not smudge due to the elements. The paper is virtually tear-resistant even when wet. The individual pages are perforated for quick and easy removal.
In addition, the Tactical Field Book contains 16 pages of tactical information material.
