The Safariland belt holster 577 GLS Pro-Fit 7TS is a small, high-seated holster. It fits a wide range of different pistols. Very quick draw and reliable protection against falling out or being taken away are features of this holster. The holster body is dimensionally stable, making it easy to holster the weapon.
The holster has an adjusting screw to adjust it to the respective pistol size, which can be used to adjust the wobble-free fit and pulling resistance of the pistol in the holster. If the trigger guard is narrow, the plastic adapter supplied must be inserted into the safety system. This is the only way to ensure that the safety engaging in the trigger guard is pushed to the side so far that the mechanism does not block the weapon from being re-holstered.
The Safariland holster models in the 7TS product line are made from the extremely robust and durable SafariSeven, a completely new, hard nylon material from DuPont that makes these holsters practically impervious to the effects of the weather. SafariSevenT is very resistant to heat or cold and the material is very easy to care for.
The holsters are manufactured using a precision injection molding process and are extremely light. The patented hard nylon material does not attack the surface of weapons when drawn. The raised areas on the inside of the holster allow the weapon to breathe. This means that dirt and water have less contact with the weapon.
The holster can be submerged indefinitely without losing functionality or shape
The matte surface structure reduces reflections and can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth.
