The Savotta Side Pouch 12 liter is the perfect addition to your Savotta Jäger XL. In it you can stow, for example, a large tarp, a hammock, clothing, a Trangia stove of the 27 series, fuel, water and something for cooking, or a Jetboil stove, a gas cartridge, water and something for cooking.
The back is equipped with a PALS attachment strap system with insertion tabs. Optimal attachment requires a width of five channels and a height of eight rows of PALS webbing. The side compression straps of your backpack, when tightened, prevent any movement of the pouch and its contents.
The zipper of the side pouch is covered for additional water repellency and protection from abrasion and dirt. The vertical webbing on the front keeps your backpack’s compression straps neatly over the pouch so it can be properly compressed. They can also be used as attachment points for bungee cords, carabiners and the like and leave a gap of about 13 cm between them. This allows you to carry, for example, axes, fishing rods, etc. stowed behind the pouch.
A 25 mm webbing loop and a D-ring at the top of the rear inner wall allow you to secure important items, and the flat rear compartment provides basic organization for smaller things. The bottom and lower halves of the sides are lined with 210D polyamide for additional abrasion resistance.

The Side Pouch 12 L is available in black, coyote and olive.
