With its innovative chain magazine, the pistol can hold 21 pellets in 4.5 mm caliber. In combination with the rifled, 4.6 inch long barrel, these pellets ensure a more stable trajectory and increased precision compared to round steel pellets. The rear sight is also adjustable for side.
Under the heavy metal slide there is a threaded barrel (M14x1 left) with a knurled nut to which a silencer or compensator can be attached. In addition to the supplied red dot sight (Umarex RDS 8), a cover plate is also included, which can be used if the windage-adjustable rear sight and front sight are to be used. The Picatinny rail offers further options for attaching accessories. In addition, the magazine holder can be moved from left to right.
In terms of safety, the PPQ M2 Q4 has a trigger safety and an additional swivel safety on the right slide stop lever.
