Freeze-drying ensures that all ingredients remain of the highest quality in terms of both taste and nutrients. The emergency food is made from natural ingredients without additives or flavor enhancers.

Preparation:
Tear open the bag and remove the oxygen absorber. Pour in 300 ml (hot) water and stir several times. Close the bag again. Your food will be ready in about 9 minutes.

Potatoes (29%), beef (17%), carrots, cream , onions, tomatoes, peppers, chopped tomatoes, rapeseed oil, spices, garlic, salt.
