The Zippo replacement wick for Zippo lighters is the ideal solution if your lighter no longer ignites properly. The wick should be replaced if the ignition process has to be repeated several times. With this high-quality replacement wick, you can get your Zippo lighter up and running again quickly and easily.

Method:
1. Remove all components of the petrol tank (flint screw, felt cap, cotton wool, old wick).
2. Insert the new wick either from top to bottom through the chimney or from bottom through the gas tank.
3. Bend the wick tip over the chimney to hold the wick in place during assembly.
4. Reinsert the cotton pieces in exactly the same order as they were removed. When reinserting, loop the wick through the cotton pieces in an S-line so that the wick has as much contact with the filling material as possible.
5. Replace the felt cover on the flint tube and close it with the pressure spring. Make sure that the flint does not fall out during this process.
6. Cut the wick at the edge of the chimney and put the insert back into the housing.
